Who can you tell?
First, tell your lawyer or doctor or banker or whoever gave you the information that you don’t understand. Ask them to explain. Be persistent. It’s your right to understand.
Then, tell us. When you do, the Center will:
1. Write a formal complaint letter to the company on your behalf
2. Send copies to you, the Congress and the appropriate federal consumer protection agencies, and
3. Post the offending communication in the WonderMark Hall of Shame
