Join fellow Center members to share best practices advocating for plain language during organization change and opposition. Change is constant in any organization. Writing culture, policies, and norms are often reviewed and sometimes directly challenged as new leadership takes charge. This is equally true during transition periods without dedicated leadership where some may neglect to follow plain language principals.
Whether you are in the private or public sector, we want to hear from you about the best ways to advocate for plain language in challenging times. We’ll have small group breakout discussions to share success stories of overcoming resistance and ensuring plain language remains a priority.
Members will receive an email invitation. You’re a member but didn’t receive an email invitation? No problem!
