Entry Rules
What can you submit for a ClearMark?
You may submit materials written in English, Spanish, or French.
Important: If your material is written in Spanish or French, it must be submitted in the corresponding language category regardless of format, type, or delivery method.
Spanish- and French-language materials should not be entered in format-based categories (such as Apps, Websites, or Emails).
English-language entries may be submitted in any of the format-based categories listed below.
Spanish-language entries must be submitted in the Spanish category.
French-language entries must be submitted in the French category.

- Submit by the deadline: February 13, 2026 11:59 pm PST.
- Your entry should be for a North American audience or developed in North America for another audience.
- You can enter as many times as you would like.
- If you have a bilingual document and would like both versions to be judged, please submit it twice: once as an English-language version and once as a Spanish- or French-language version. The first entry is subject to the standard fee, while submitting the same document in a second language qualifies for the discounted Second Bilingual
How to submit your entry:
- Create an account. We use Submittable to accept and review our submissions. You’ll be able to start now and finish later if you need to.
- Complete the online nomination form. You’ll need to complete this form online. You can save your partially completed form and return to it at any time. Preview the questions on our ClearMarks entry form [Links to Submittable] here.
- Pay a processing and handling fee. This fee is paid through Submittable. You can pay this fee with a credit card. If you don’t have a card and need an invoice, email us and we’ll help.
Along with recognizing the best entries, we provide useful feedback to all submitters. This feedback helps them rework and improve their content. Review our judging criteria for more information about how we review and rate each submission.

When to submit
Submissions for the 2026 ClearMark Awards will be accepted until midnight on February 13 PST.
