The Center for Plain Language sets a high standard for clarity and simplicity in communication. The ClearMark Awards recognize outstanding plain-language work in English, French, and Spanish from government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private companies across North America.
Each year, the ClearMarks celebrate communication that helps people find what they need, understand what they find, and use that information with confidence. Winning entries show how clear communication can improve understanding, support better decisions, and build trust with audiences.
